Kathryn Kellogg

Rebecca Newburn

Anastasia Nicole

Kathryn is a professional actor turned activist after a breast cancer scare. After quitting plastic for health reasons, she dove into zero waste living. GoingZeroWaste.com was founded in the summer of 2015 and is all about fun and engaging posts with an emphasis on doing the best you can. It breaks zero waste living down into a super-simple step-by-step process so that everyone can participate.

All of her trash for the past 2.5 years fits in a 16oz mason jar, and she's been featured on CNN, The Guardian, Fox News, MSNBC, and Refinery 29.

Rebecca is the Co-Founder of Richmond Grows Seed Lending Library, a free seed library located in her local public library. She designed a “create a library” template that has helped hundreds of seed libraries launch around the world. When legal challenges to seed libraries happened, she was a partner on the National Save Seed Sharing Campaign. She is a middle school math and science teacher. Her interests are in creating curriculum to help students design solutions to the human impact on our environment. Her intention is that these resources will be used by teachers around the world to transform society. She has a Zero Waste home and is striving towards a Zero Waste classroom.
Anastasia is a Zero Waste Consultant who works with businesses and individuals to be more creative and produce less waste.  She has been certified by the US Zero Waste Business Council as a Zero Waste Business Associate (now TRUE Zero Waste)  She is also a passionate gardener, gleaner, Master composter, and soil builder.  She teaches classes on a variety of gardening and permaculture topics including compost & vermicompost, Introduction to Permaculture, and the Bay-Friendly Gardening series.  She also works with Sustainable Contra Costa (SCOCO) to promote the One Planet Living Principles.  Anastasia lives in Pleasant Hill Cohousing where she raises chickens, saves seeds, and keeps the fruit trees healthy.
